Architectural and Engineering Contracting

The Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Conservancy convenes a variety of community and ecosystem restoration planning and design processes that support capital outlay project implementation. This includes completing project design, engineering, and community engagement to finalize project plans.

NOTICE OF PROPOSED RULEMAKING 

The Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Conservancy (Delta Conservancy) proposes to adopt sections 28302, 28303, 28304, 28305, 28306, 28307, 28308, 28309, 28310, 28311, 28312, 28313, and 28314 of Title 14, Division 16, Chapter 2 of the California Code of Regulations concerning the selection process for private architectural and engineering firms.

The rulemaking was originally published on January 3, 2025. That began the forty-five (45) day written comment period, which concluded on February 18, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. The Delta Conservancy has modified the Text of Proposed Regulation, and modifications require extending the written comment period for 15-days. The 15-day period began on May 12, 2025 and concluded on May 27, 2025 at 11:59 p.m.
