Concept Proposal Solicitation for Delta Projects

The Delta Conservancy has opened a Concept Proposal Solicitation to identify potential projects and partnership opportunities within the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta region. This solicitation is not associated with a specific funding program or funding commitment. Rather, it will support future planning and funding efforts by enabling the Conservancy to:

  • Collaborate with potential applicants to refine projects in advance of future funding opportunities
  • Identify emerging needs, innovative concepts, and regional priorities that could be elevated for future funding
  • Facilitate connections to related efforts or technical assistance, as appropriate
