Architectural and Engineering Contracting

The Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Conservancy convenes a variety of community and ecosystem restoration planning and design processes that support capital outlay project implementation. This includes completing project design, engineering, and community engagement to finalize project plans.

NOTICE OF ADOPTED RULEMAKING 

The rulemaking was originally published on January 3, 2025. That began the forty-five (45) day written comment period, which concluded on February 18, 2025. The Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Conservancy (Delta Conservancy) modified the Text of Proposed Regulation, and the modifications required extending the written comment period for 15-days. The 15-day period began on May 12, 2025, and concluded on May 27, 2025. The Delta Conservancy adoption of the Architectural and Engineering (A&E) Authority was approved by Office of Administrative Law (OAL) on July 10, 2025, and final record was issued.
