Public Information Request
As a State government agency, the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta Conservancy maintains records that are often of interest to the public. Under the California Public Records Act 2004 (Government Code section 6250 et seq) information may be reviewed by the public.
The public may review records at the Conservancy’s office during normal business working hours. Board materials are available online on the Board Meetings webpage. Members of the public can also request copies of information by submitting a request in writing (US Mail, email, or FAX) to the Conservancy:
